We will review abstracts as they are submitted and make a decision on a ‘rolling basis’ and notify you ASAP. This is to assist those who need to arrange a visa or HDRs/ECRs or need time to secure funding to attend.

OPEN: 1 May 2025
CLOSE: 30 September 2025

NB: As we will review abstracts and make acceptances on a ‘rolling basis’, you do not have to wait till 30 September or after to find out if your abstract is accepted.
